Need some buckets? Are you a cheapo like me....here's a tip

I know its kewl to have those nice expensive buckets with the nice colors and logos.....but if you are looking for something cheap or free, here's a tip
You can go to any bakery or donut shop and ask if they have any buckets they are throwing away. They are usually the 5 gallon variety and they usually just toss them, i guess because of food safety.

Only reason i know is because we have plenty of buckets that we use to store food(rice,pasta,beans, etc) in special bags and we put them in the buckets.

I had an old oyster bucket that I used for a while to wash my car. I just bought two buckets at Pep Boys for $5 each.

ehh to each his own. I go to the grocery store anyway, so the cost of getting there was already spent.

oh yea of course....i should of mentioned that too.. Don't make a day trip scavenger hunt out of it, cause then yea its pointless. But everytime we go to the store, we always ask, we either get one or we don't no biggie.

US Plastic has a free shipping promotion once in a while. It's best to stock up with buckets and bottles when they do.
