clay barring question

hi guys,
i was wondering what else can i use to be the lubricantion? because the quick detailer that came with the clay is finished, and im trying to buy something like a gal big, is #34 ok to use with clay?

M34 is a little expensive to be used as a Clay Lubricant.

I recommend going out and buying another bottle of Quik Detailer or a Gallon of Last Touch

M34 Final Inspection can be used as a clay lubricant. Whether its too expensive or not is up to you.

This is not Meguiars preferred method, but I use Meguiars Gold Class or #00 with distilled water. Put this in a spray bottle.

If you want economy value, then get a gallon of Last Touch and dilute if 1:1. It's a great buy!

I use last touch. It last quite a long time when diluted. Never had an issue with it plus it smells awesome! I even carry it it my car for quick touch ups and bird doo removal.

thanks guys!
what is the different between last touch and M34? which one is doing better on "quick detailer"? because i wanna buy it to use on both lubricantion on clay and quick detailer on the car for wipe off dust... also M34 also can be dilute with water too right? because i heard that some product can't be diluted with water because it will change the formula or something. lastly i found it online that the last touch and M34 is only $2 different(15.99 vs 17.95), so should i get M34?

This works just fine.

When I was the car, after I do each panel I clay prior to Rinse That is called a 2fer.

This might not be that related to your question , but the way I usually try to cheat on saving QD is by claying the car when it isn't fully dried yet ( remember my car is in a shaded spot ) So I won't need to spray as much QD to lubricate the clay.

I prefer Last Touch 1:1.

james0509, I don't know if what your doing is wrong.... but you are diluting your QD, which in turn is effecting the lubricity of the QD in a negative way.
