If you and your pals can get all of the swirls or scratches out with swirlX,good. Don't let them wash your car again,or go elsewhere.

It's pretty shabby of them though,to give you a touch up pen for the scratch on the door and leave it at that.

Did they admit to making that deep scratch?

If so,and if it was my car,I'd take it further.

If that was the mgr.'s answer. I still say go over his head to the next in command. Do this till you get a satisfactory answer.
