    Waxing new paint?

    Hello, I just got parts of my car painted after an accident, and I was wondering when is it ok to wax again? The guy that painted my car said he already waxed it, but he didnt do a very good job. He said there is no cure time and I can wax when ever I want, but i thought there was a month cure time for new paint?

    There is a cure time for refinish paints. At least 30 days.

    Remove the existing wax...
    If it was easy, everybody'd be doing it!

      Is the wax thats on there now going to hurt the finish? Also whats the best way to remove the wax on fresh paint?
