    Are you letting it dry?

Meguiar's recommends using Final Inspection to prime the pads prior to polishing. Some people have had success using diluted Last Touch. Some professionals even use tap water and achieve very good results.

Are you using the M105 that formulated for dual action polisher use or the original version, which is formulated just for rotary use? The latter, as I understand it, dries out more quickly than the former.

ust tried again with primed pad, but...just a little bit better...and still drying like crazy fast.
this time i try to work on a small area, i did it just like those video teach us, i apply the compound with the buffer off, then once they are on, then turn it to 3....after all over then 5-6...but by that time, the compound it like drying then the pad is like rubbing off the compound and alot of dust coming out...
what is wrong.? god!!!! it's so hard...

i don't know which one im using, but i think im using the original one because the back has method of application for hand , DA polisher and rotary too
and for the dry, i believe it dry too fast that is not normal...
and i think something that im doing wrong, and i see those youtube with this 150 still works much longer than i was doing it.
