previously I detailed my fathers car, I started with an application of Scratch X 2.0 by hand with a soft foam applicator pad and finished with polish and wax, when I pulled the car out in the sun I noticed the product did a great job at removing swirls and scratches
.. I was pretty shocked actually at the result, especially as it was used by hand, but I could see some very small marring/hazing marks, then I realised that the problem may have been in my application - I used straight line motions with a relativley large amount of pressure
am I correct in saying that scratch x 2 requires a lot less pressure in its application as it utilizes SMAT when compared to the older scratch x, and the use of circular motion is generally better??
