  • 1st Post...Good stuff for me?

I am a clean car freak. I have used a few of the Meguires NXT products this past summer. I usually wash with nxt, clay, cleaner wax, polish, and nxt. My car is a Vogue Silver Metalic. What kinda things do you guys think would protect and make a killer shine. My only complaint with NXT is it seems to attract a ton of dust. Any help would be great....point me to some good stikys im sure there are some.

I will get some pics up of my car soon. Here is my friends S2000 i used the above stuff on.

The problem with dust is that it is the dust that is the problem.

By that I mean, dust, airborne particles of dirt and all kinds of things, have a static electric charge of their own. You cars finish also has an static electric charge. According to "Newton's Law of Universal Attraction",

          like attracts like

Your car's clear coat finish has a high negative charge naturally, so it's only natural that dust is attracted you your car's finish.

Ah I understand now. I had herd that the NEXT attracts more wax, and I just noticed after I wax my car there is more dust than usual. But it all comes over very easy with a microfiber towel.

I wish that was my honda but thats my freinds that I clean up. I have a silver civic, that I will get pics up of when it stops raining. Thank you for the info and comments, im trying to see if what I am using is the best for my paint color. I got the personal car thing from Meguires a while back and that helped out too.
