  • Milwaukee 5460 good price?

Hey all, I found a Milwaukee model 5460 polisher on craigslist near me for only $95. I was wondering if this was a good price and if I should do it? Ive looked them up online and found they have been selling for around $200. He says the unit is in "very good condition". Anyone used this unit or heard and good/bad things? Thanks for looking.

It's certainly a good brand. The spec seems similair to the 5540 with a lower top rpm. Both weigh in the same-8.8lbs.(Is the backing plate bigger?)

If it's in good condition, sounds okay.

I've got the euro version...much smaller,so I can't compare it.One of the forum members,'Shyneman 123' can help you out here.

      Great deal !!!!!!!!

You need to be careful if using it on a jeep, With the power that machine has if you catch an edge you might just flip the jeep. LOL

Great Machine & Very good Price.

If I were to get a rotary in the near future, I would get the milwaukee just for the romantique handle!
