I wanted to make a fun thread where everyone posts in response to this:

You know you're a MOL enthusiast when...

The idea is for the thread to be fun while also being somewhat informative on the various aspects of detailing and the MOL community.
I'll start:

1. You ALWAYS do a test spot before using a particular product on a particular vehicle for the first time.

Oh yeah, one rule: You gotta let someone else post before you post anything again. Have at it!

2. You check daily for a "problem" on your car to justify buying a new Meguiar's product to test out.

Oh wow I didn't even see that. Nice thread. Well now that I made this, how about this one will be strictly detail-oriented (not so much crazy stuff :P).

3. You ALWAYS use the least aggressive method to get the job done.

You have almost completely switched all of your detailing stuff to Meguiar's, only have some terry cloths(window cleaning), Costco MF for non paint and some terry/MF applictors for other stuff, everything else is Meguiar's, some consumer, some Mirror Glaze and some Detailer Line!

4. You wipe down your engine bay with a damp cloth after every wash.

5. You know Meguiars Gold Class wax is actually a polish/wax, so you're always grabbing for it when you don't have the time to lay down a coat of M7.

You attend a Detailing 101 class after hearing about them online, and then become a regular fixture at the Wednesday/Thursday Night Open Garage sessions. Eventually you decide to follow your passion and walk away from a high paying, long term career and take a pay cut to work for Meguiar's in Customer Care, and eventually find yourself as Admin of MOL.

Oh, sure, it sounds totally crazy and it couldn't ever really happen, but it's fun to dream!

- you login to mol first thing in the morning
- you login to mol whenever you wake up in the middle of the night
- you login to mol even if you are at work
- you login to mol in any free wifi spot
- you try out everything you see here
