I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like. I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends.
I've recently begun using them again and really am impressed. I only tried it a couple times before and didn't give it much of a chance. I was so happy with the SS towels the Ultimate really took the back seat.
Now I use them a lot for product removal- great towel.
this thread makes me wonder how much better these are than the supreme shine towels.
just when i bought a bunch of SS towels too...
It's not that they are necessarily "better," certainly not in the sense that they should replace the need for Supreme Shine towels, but more that they are different.
Supreme Shine has more nap and will be better for any QD work, and can be used for several types of work. The Ultimate Wipe just really shines at product removal, such as compound, polish, or wax removal.
I agree, they are very nice. They do very well for me for product removal. Have not used for QD work yet.
I have mentioned before that I have some other edgeless towels like the UW from Blue Perl (i believe) and they work equally as well, but I think the UW works out to be cheaper if you buy the bulk packs from Rick at ADS
