I found a bottle of Meguiar's Gold Class clear coat prep and swirl reducer that I forgot I had (nearly full bottle). I'm guessing it's at least 7 or 8 years old. What is the normal shelf life for Megs products, is it still any good?

Re: Shelf life?
Welcome to MOL
Normal shelf life is 3-5 years keeping in mind it is not open or exposed to extremely high or low temps.
It may be good, and you can try it, but probably a better idea just to use a newer product for best results.

We have tested some product(s) that are 50+ years old with good results, which was pretty cool to see.
That said, the general rule is still 3 - 5 years under the right conditions to maintain the best performance of a product.

Re: Shelf life?
I have a bottle of that as well, however mine has gone threw a few freeze thaw cycles and it sounds like there is water in there it is so thin now. Not sure why I still have it but I do. I am going to say that is probably no good.
