Aluminum care

Hi
I am a newbie so be kind. I have a race care with a polished aluminum interior and was wandering what you all think about how to maintain it. I did the polishing myself it is not a total mirror finish but is very shiny. Is there a wax or top coat I can use to maintain the shine?

Yes, a metal polish like Hot Rims Mag & Aluminum would be fine in the future, and you can certainly use any of Meguiars waxes on it.

I just got a tin of it today.Does it work well at cleaning up oxidised aluminium(polished)?

Recently,because I couldn't get a dedicated alu.polish,I used ordinary kitchen sink stainless steel polish,followed by nxt all metal.Worked well at removing the oxidization.
