Sorry buddy, that's the risk in letting others touch your paint. If you really want your paint to be perfected (if possible in this scenario), you should opt for a professional detailer. Make sure he's not a hack calling himself a pro-detailer. Find out what products he's using and, if you can, get an idea of what techniques he uses. These are your options, there is no easy answer.

From a dealership dealer, most likely.

Is there any way I could kind of not take the car until it is in tip top shape? Is that too much to expect?

    Update:

So I took it to the dealer. Told them my story of how my car was coated with dust when I picked it up and once I washed the car my paint and windows were riddled with little specks. The reason I didn't bring this to their attention before is because I had zero confidence in the detailing department being that the should have and would have noticed this to begin with. I attempted to take care of it myself in a test sport with clay bar, paint cleaner, and polish to no effect. I had not other choice really but to take it to my dealer. The service manager and detailer both looked at it and determined it was overspray (no sh*t). And being that I am only 20 years old they just assumed I would park it by a fence or something being spray painted. Clearly being I am so young I have no idea what I am talking about. Needless to say I was getting pretty angry with the fact I was being treated like some young punk that bought daddies car, not a working man that put down half the cars value worth of a down payment. Anywhos, venting my anger aside, they said they would take it in a week from wednesday and polish it out. I will let you guys know how it goes, but don't get your hopes up because I am not. Now to keep this relevant to the Meguiars forum I have a question.......Is there anything I should be concerned about if he is just straight polishing? I made sure they don't wet sand.

Was there any history of a bad batch of 09 Max's with KH3?

It's cool. I wish it was a metallic black as that would look killer on this car.

I would take your car to a couple of body shops and ask them to look at the paint and get their evaluation of the white specks, thereby arming yourself with as much information as you can get. Once you know or believe you know what the problem is, then contact your dealer. I would immediately move up the management ladder, as I doubt that the ordinary guys in the service department are going to be equipped to handle this problem. Be courteous but firm. If the problem is in the paint, if it is a factory defect, then, as has been mentioned, you do not want to accept anything less than either a new car or a complete respray of your car. Does your Honda dealer have its own body shop?

I would take it to a couple of Body Shops like Al suggested and get their opinions. Then I would talk to the service manager at the dealership. If he is unresponsive, call the district/area rep. Try and deal with this as quickly as you can as the more time that passes, the more likely they will say you must have exposed the paint to something.

If it is in the paint, there is nothing you can wipe on it to make it go away for a bit. I personally wouldn't wait for an oil change to bring this to their attention, unless it is a far drive and you don't want to make it.

Well my salesman said to bring it to the attention of the service guys when I have my first oil change done which is in about 600 miles. Any ideas until then on what I can do to solve this problem?

Please keep us updated with what the dealer says...

Perfect Tim. Thanks for your advice. I will make sure they don't wet sand and buff out as you suggested. I should have an update by tonight.
