Can/How to remove Orange Peel?

My friend has a 300zx and the cars door was painted but now it has alot of orange peel how would i if i can remove this? Wetsand then rotary?

Well, yes, the technique would be wetsand then rotary.

But you kind of have to know how much clear was sprayed on, if you have enough to work with.

well it was just painted but i'll ask how many coats of clearcoat was put...
