Re: Water Magnet
I would, and when you dry it, take it out of the dryer just a little damp, I have found that they soak up more water when a little damp. If it is completely dry, spritz it with some last touch or a qd of choice and it will just **** up water like crazy..Fergy-

Re: Water Magnet
The spraying with QD has to do with the towel performing better moist then completely dry..you could spritz it with water and it would still help out..I wish I could explain to you why it helps..but it just does.Fergy-

Re: Water Magnet
i have a question about it working better when wet and needing to be sprayed first...if i used a dry towel and put it on a wet car, wouldnt it do the same thing basically instantly (it would instantly get wet) as it would spraying it with water and getting it wet before use? i can see using some QD to help, since it could also help whisk the water and all, but spraying the towel with water doesnt sound right in my mind????

Re: Water Magnet
Well, there is this physics thing where water attracts water.... plus the extra lubricating abilities of spraying some QD when drying.
So, if it seems to help someone, go for it.
I tend to spray some QD, but more for the lubricating, then extra water absorption.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
