Does anyone have any suggestions on splattered concrete removal from the lower rocker panels? I've tried using Prep-All with a plastic razor blade, but not working very well. I will continue using the plastic razor blade, but I'm needing advice on a better solvent to use. Thanks!

Is there any chance you can put up a pic to see the extent of splatter?

Do a search on cement and removal.

Another search that gets you some hits is concrete and removal.

Vinegar has helped out some guys around here.

If it's a big splatter I would do the following. Use a microfiber towel or terry cloth towel and wet the towel with vinegar and place the towel on top of the area covered in concrete, keep the towel wet on vinegar and that could help removing it.

At the end I would wash, polish and wax.
        Good luck

I had concrete poisoning on my arm when I was working construction and I was told the vinegar would help and it did. It has the correct mix of acids to break the bonds that make up concrete. You could even go a half and half water and vinegar to start to make sure you don't marr anything.
