Just wondering if buying the restoration kit is better then just buying the PlasticX itself? Just for information , my headlight covers are in average shape and nothing serious , just kinda dull looking . Thanks in advance for your answers .

I dished out the extra for the kit.
While PlastX does work, it can be slow if you're not patient enough.
The drill attachment speeds things up.
Depends on what you're dealing with though.Comment

It'll depend on how your lights are.
Can you show some pics?
Having said that,buying the kit will always be handy if you need to use the drill attatchment in the future.

even if your lights are in great shape you can still benefit from the kit, like removing swirls and scratches out of headlights.
