Use a good wash soap and you wash mitt. If the stains are there after a thorough washing try Stoner's invisible glass on the window with a MF towel. On the paint, if the stain is still there you might want to try claying it or using a product like Meg's Scratchx. Hope this helps.

      Hey,

Sorry to hear about the egg damage.

You need to remove the egg off the paint as soon as possible!!! The chemicals in the egg can etch the paint. As the poster above mentioned, try using Meguiar's ScratchX on the marks left on the paint from the eggs. If this does not do it, I hope the egg has not already etched the paint.

      Please keep us updated!!

        Hi MRCLEAN,

As mentioned above, first thing to do is to wash the area with water and soap and remove all of the egg. After that you can see the results and evaluate what to do next.

Most of the time, when an egg is thrown against the finish of a car it will instill what look like scratches or small straight-line cracks in the paint. This is undoubtedly caused by the shell upon impact. These defects are in the paint, not on the paint and usually not repairable, at least not completely.

Usually the best you can do is to improve the defect, using ScratchX by hand, or a cleaner/polish or compound from our Professional Line applied by machine.

Somewhere I have a photo or two of the results of an egg impact on paint, I'll try to post it.
