Re: What cleaner/polisher/wax should i get?
Hi Stoop 14,You've got a very good kit to start with.I'd recommend claying you're car first, though. The paint cleaner and polish won't remove your swirls and scratches. You'll need to try ScratchX 2.0 or SwirlX.(scratches will depend on the depth).
After using ScratchX you can apply your carnauba,step3.I use this kit and it's really good. You might prefer NXT Tech wax 2.0,but i'm going by what you've already got.
1] Clay your car using lots of quik detailer.I use nearly a full bottle to do a car.
2] ScratchX 2.0 or swirlX
3] Wax.Whatever flavour you like!
All the best.Ed.

Re: What cleaner/polisher/wax should i get?
Yeah, might want to start over...
1. Wash - Definately give the car a good wash, with a goos soap like Gold Class or Nxt, 2 buckets, good quality towels/sponges.
2. Clay - The Smooth Surface Clay kit is a good place to start.
3. Clean - This is where it can be tricky.. Deifinately start by doing a test area with SwirlX. You may need to step up to Ultimate Compound for the bad spots, and as mentioned, some might just not be removable.
4. Polsih - This would be optional, esp since SwirlX is a cleaner/polish. If you hit the bad spots with UC if needed, then SwirlXed everything, you would be set.
5. Wax - the Deep Crystal Wax is good... but the Nxt 2.0 is hard to beat. Just remember to spread it very thin, dont need much excess.
An all-in-one type products is ok in the future, ColorX would be a good example, but if you really want to remove swirls/scratches, you will need more dedicated products.

ScratchX is not as agressive and the new ScratchX 2.0 or SwirlX
Is it possible that you can find Ultimate Compund or and pro line products?

maybe you can try this:
1. ask a good american friend or someone on here to buy the stuff for you and ship it. It will be more expensive but also worth it.
2. maybe ebay?
3. look for a site that ships to U.S and Canada

Re: What cleaner/polisher/wax should i get?
i just found some scratch x2.0,but the guy at the store said not to do my whole car with it, just the spots where i have scratches, so does this mean i should wash my car, then clay it, then use scratch x2.0 on the deeper scratches then use dc1 then dc2 then a good wax? Also what kinda pads should i use for scratch x2.0 i just bought a random orbit polisher/waxer, would cotton work? and it comes with a "foam wax remover" is that what i use after i let the wax sit for a bit? Or if someone wants to be real nice read my post a few threads down and answer all that stuff there.

Yes Stoop,wash first,then clay,then use scratchX 2.0.
Congratulations on getting the scratchX2!
If you use the scratchx 2.0,you won't need to use step 1 or 2 on those areas. You mention deep scratches. Can you upload some pics?
I can't give you any advice on using the machinery,as I don't use myself.
Someone else will be able to help you out on that one.

Re: What cleaner/polisher/wax should i get?
Ok will dc1 work on the fine cob web ones? I'll just try scratch 2.0x on actual scratches, because my car is full of swirls/cob webs, what polish is best, and what wax?
Like are dc1 and scratch x2.0 the same thing? just 2.0 is newer/better?
