  • Dealing with Dirty Rain water

Ok, so last week, I washed & waxed with NXT... loved the results... but, its been raining on/off last 2 weeks...

I washed & waxed the car knowing well that it will rain the next day... but, i just wanted my car to look good.

Anyways, I wanted to see what other people felt about keeping dirty rain water from stayin on the car?

For me, after I got home (it only rained on the way home at night), I hosed down the car to remove the dirty rain water... next morning, car was spotless (thanks NXT )

Anyone else have any ideas to keep it clean after rain...

Same thing has been happening to me, I've been using a product called Spray and Wipe from Poorboy's followed by Meg's qd between rainstorms to kept the dust and debris from accumulating on the horizontal surfaces. I don't like dirt and water mixing on my paint. I think I go at it with the booster wax after this present storm.

I hear you, I have been dealing with the same rain. My trick is to get the rain water off as soon as possible. Once it stops raining I spray the car down with last touch and wipe it down. Also I have been using the booster wax once a week to give the most protection possible. It has been working well for me.
