So UQD can be used if the car is dusty, but not dirty to restore the clean look, correct? Can UQW only be used after the car is washed inbetween waxes, or can it be used after a car is UQDed also?

No, the UQD lifts up the dirt and has "lubricity" to it so that your towel will just pick up the dirt. You also shouldnt wipe very hard as that could put some swirls in it.
With the UQW only use that on a clean surface, it doesnt have the lubricants that UQD has so all that will do is pull the dirt accross the surface.
