  • Frequent polishing ?

I now have my paint in very good shape after using:

    M105
    M205

I have single stage black paint.

In the future, if I want a very light polish to get the best surface prep for waxing what product would be a good choice? (either to touch up a spot or the whole car)

I am concerned that using M205 too often could cause trouble.

Am I correct that that M09 or M82 may be a better choice for a very light polish?

Or, would using M205 with a softer pad be gentle enough?

BTW - This polishing stuff can get addictive! (After finishing both cars, I'm eyeing the lawn mower. Bet that Lawn Boy green would sparkle)

#205 would be safe, remember it can be applied more gently, not worked in as much.

But yeah, you can also pick up a small #9 to try out. It would be milder, if both were applied the same way.
