After I clay, is it necessary to use Meg's cleaner wax before I use Swirl Remover 2.0?

You dont have to use Cleaner Wax before M09 Swirl Remover 2.0.

You could use it after M09 but usually after you have done the cleanin/polishing step you would want to apply something like NXT Generation Tech Wax or Gold Class Wax.

you can use whatever wax you want after M09, whether its A12 Cleaner Wax or NXT.
