I have a VIS carbon fiber hood that I got about two years ago. There are all these weird spots on it all over the hood about the size of water drops and two giant spots where it is real hazy. I had a friend who is a great detailer polish and wax the hood pretty quick with a rotary buffer and it looked better but now it seems to look just as bad. He Clay'd the hood, Polished with two types of polishes then applied a coat of wax. What do you guys think I should try? It doesn't show that well in the pictures but you can see it here.
If you look at the left side crease you can see a patch and near the top of the hood you can see all the water sized drop marks that are all over the hood. This is two days after he polished it.
