I would like to find a good "everyday" polish. After some reading here I can't decipher between Deep Crystal, 205, Scratch X or maybe No. 7. This would be applied by hand and used every time or every other time.

Re: "Everyday" Polish
SwirlX is a new cleaner/polish that you could use also. You can apply it gently when there are no real defects, or work it in with some passion when there are.
Of course if you used it, you would have to re-do the wax afterwards as well. So it wouldnt be "for after every wash". It would be for when you want to do a good detail every few months.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

I'm still lost in the 'everyday'.
To me, everyday means after every wash, and I would go to something like Ultimate Quick Wax for that.
SwirlX is fine for every detail, and then following it up with your wax of choice. You just apply SwirLX more gently when you need less cleaning ability.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: "Everyday" Polish
I'm looking for something on the "less aggressive" end of the Meguiar's spectrum to use after every wash and before every wax. I use another brand of wax so I don't need an AIO product or a product that contains wax. Any and all recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.
