  • Detailing Process

I recently stumbled upon this webpage: Auto Detailing Guide. I think Dan of matey-matey.com has done a good job describing the basic detailing process using Meguiar's products. The fact that he is working on one of my favorite cars, a Honda S2000, is also a plus.

I think the MOL brethren, though, will want to offer some corrections, which might generate some helpful discussion. I note, for example, that Dan appears to have polished the entire trunk lid rather than breaking it into smaller sections. I suspect the experienced buffers would prefer to restrict the work space. I know that I break the S2000 trunk lid into thirds when polishing it.

Take a look and share with us what you think.

    Cheers,
    Al

I think this is a nice write up. Nice find, and thanks for posting.
