Does the bug and tar remover take off wax/sealant? If so would the best way be to rewax that area or something else?

    Does the UQD remove wax?

When are UQW or NXT spray wax used?

Sorry I'm putting in so many questions, I just didn't really want to start a new topic for each, I've been searching but haven't come up with a lot.

    From Autogeek:

    For Best Results:
Shake well. Work out of direct sunlight. Apply Bug and Tar Remover directly to the affected surface (surface must be cool). Gently work into paint with a foam applicator or a microfiber applicator pad. Do a final wipe with clean microfiber detailing towel. Bug and Tar Remover, in order to attack stubborn contaminants like bugs and tar, is a potent cleaner. After cleaning with it, it’s best to apply a layer of wax to insure durable protection.

I would go ahead and put some more wax in the area cleaned just to be on the safe side

      UQD does not remove wax

On the spray waxes, it is up to you. I tend to use them between waxing after I wash my car to basically boost the wax I put on before.

I think I'll get a bottle of the NXT spray wax for when I need to use the Bug and Tar remover and keep the UQD in the truck for the other airborn problems. Thanks.

After using Bug and tar remover, I just rewax that section with the same wax I used previously on that vehicle.

            That's probably the best way.

Quik detailers help to keep your wax.I keep a clean micro in a plastic seal bag in the trunk and a bottle of qd.Always handy!

I would do Bug Cleaner + UQD + UQW!

I suggest the UQD in between to clean off any left over residue.
