Does the 12 hour rules apply to cleaner/waxes?

Hi Guys,

I like using ColorX and D151. Once I'm done I apply a coat of Gold Class Liquid Wax 30 minutes later.

I've always thought of cleaner/waxes as surface preparation products and that the 12 hour rule only applies to pure waxes. Is this correct?

I know cleaner/waxes can be used alone, but in my case I use them in preparation for laying down a coat of pure wax.

The 12 hours is for absolute best looks for any wax, including cleaner/waxes.

But its not like a rule you have to follow or else....

i waited for a good 24 hours for the second coat of wax...
now i am a believer...
color looks so much better... almost day and night difference LOL!!
