Re: Does Meguiar's offer
Welcome to Meguiars Online for the Both of you!!
You really should not apply wax is direct sunlight. It will cause the wax to dry to quickly with out it having a chance to bond to the clear coat enough for the optimum protection.
As mentioned above Ultimate Quik Wax, but that is a booster wax, and is not meant to replace the real wax.Joel

Re: Does Meguiar's offer
I'm never satisfied when using products under the sun so i always work in the shade. The saying's something like, anything that can be used in direct sunlight will work even better on a cool surface. UQW can be used in the sun with good results but you'll always get even better results when used in the shade.Alex C.

Re: Does Meguiar's offer
Barry Meguiar was talking about a "flash point" or something in a video I watched that is on a channel they have on YouTube. I didn't know about that and I found it interesting.
It was informative to know why you can't wax a hot car finish or in direct sunlight.
Watch this. It's a 3 part video, but very informative. The YouTube channel is called MeguiarsUSA.
