I spent all day Sunday detailing a friends Toyota Camry and he was very pleased with the results. This car had not been washed in over a year so it was in pretty bad shape.
This was my first time using DACP (#83).
Here are the steps I followed:
1) Cleaned tires using Simple Green, using a toothbrush for those hard to get places in the hubcaps.
2) Wash using microfiber and Gold Class wash
3) Dried car using microfiber towels
4) Vacuum and cleaned interior
3) Clay Bar entire car
4) DACP with PC on setting 5 using Meguiar's Polishing Pad, removed with a microfiber cloth
5) Two Coats of NXT using PC on setting 2 using another Meguiar's Polishing Pad, removed with a microfiber cloth
I still had some minor swirls and imperfections but I think this was due to the fact that I did not have time to use the DACP mulitple times nor did I have time to follow up with #82, which I have heard helps.
Is it common to have to use DACP and/or #82 multiple times to get rid of swirls and other imperfections?
The most noticeable improvement was around the door handles.

Let me know what y'all think and any pointers will also be appreciated.
Also, how long does a job like this take you, from start to finish. I spent a total of 6 hours on this, including the interior.
