I've been putting it off for about a month now but finally made the time to take my wheels off and polish them up...front and back. I forgot what they looked like when I first bought the truck. The first one is washed and cleaned with windex on the left side; polished with Blue Magic on the right.
It was a lot of work. The front of the wheels required a little less elbow grease. The back, although I'm able to stick my hands through there and I wash them with a mitt, had a year's worth of grime, dirt and the most recent clear coat over spray. Some of the CC overspray was also on the front of the rim
Last one and the finished product.
I would've used NXT Metal Polish but I couldn't find any at the time I planned on doing this. Had I remembered that I'm a procrastinator, I would've ordered some so when I get around to it, I'll have it on hand. Maybe next time.
