  • had to reorganize...

ok, ok, I admit that I'm more than a bit anal about things being organized, neat, and "in their place", especially in "my" rooms which include my office, garage, and kitchen.
The garage in particular is difficult as we only have a standard 2-car garage and our housing development is deed restricted and we are not allowed to have any kind of outdoor shed which I can use to store garden tools & supplies. garden tractor, etc so I have no choice to have those items in the garage creating a hated clutter.
Additionally, besides having to use the garage for a developing detailing business I also collect and restore classic Corvettes as a hobby so as you can imagine my garage is a bit tight with a lot of stuff in it including two classic cars, tractor, hand mower, garden tools, refrigerator, table as a workbench, automotive tools, and my detailing supplies.
I just had to get more detailing supplies and basically ran out of places to put the stuff so it was time to reorganize a little.
Unfortunately there is not much room for me to play with in terms of creating more work and/or storage space so this was the best I could do. Not the best and still fairly cramped for room but about the best I could do for now. At least everything fits on the shelves.
BTW, the empty wire shelf under the Flex bag is not spare space, there is a white towel on that shelf and that's where I put my pads from the Flex 3401 after using them and washing them to sit out and dry.

The vast majority of the MF towels I keep inside the house just because of space reasons and to keep them clean and not get dusty/dirty

Ahhh, what I wouldn't give for that 9-bay garage I fantasize about.
What am I, fly-paper for morons?

Damn it looks like you have a nice collection. I'm guessing your cars are always looking good.

      depends on which cars
the Corvettes are always kept in show-ready condition. The daily drivers are usually filthy if you want the honest truth

are those just Megs generic bottles with the heavy duty sprayers on them??

I envy the size of that shelving unit you have, looks very sturdy.

I must say, you look to be utilizing your space very well.

no, the spray bottles I got from

high output, chemical resistant sprayers, 32 oz bottles. bottle and sprayer for only $1.98 each. hard to beat that deal. just got in 15 new bottles and sprayers and those are the ones you see in the pics.

shelving is very sturdy - I forget the exact rating but I think it's about 600-800lbs per shelf! I have a lot of them down in my basement holding heacy car parts like crankshafts, iron intake manifolds, flywheels, etc and I don't worry about them. I "stole" this unit from the basement for the detailing supplies.

Well, I'm trying to use my limited space as effectively as possible
