  • ?? on MF towels

    Hi all

anyone ever try the blue MF towels sold in bulk at ADS? Here is a link to them.
    http://www.autodetailingsolutions.net/ads-tw-100.html
There really isn't any description to know size, quality, whatever.

If anyone has ordered ythem can you tell me a little something about the towels - are they any good? comparative quality level? etc.

    thanks!

I like them and they are a good price too. As far as comparing quality I cant really say, I only use the Supreme Shine's on my paint, but like using the blue ones on interior and door jambs, havent used them on the paint.

They work well on paint, widows and intrerior. They are just a touch fluffier than the ones you can get from Sam's.

They work pretty well for the paint. Not very good at all for drying with, but wiping product off works pretty well. I like using one side of the towel(the plusher side) than the other. I normally only use the plush side because the other side doesn't work nearly as good.

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

        I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
        Remove swirls my friends.

so far they sound like they may be OK for my purposes - just looking for a decent quality towel I can use for overall general use like wiping off product like during compounding and polishing, QD wipe-downs, and even "dirtier" uses like wiping down wheels, trim, rubber/weatherstripping, interior, etc.

if these are good for the product wipe-off and QD wipe-downs especially without worrying about the paint these would fit the bill and the price is pretty good.

They are basically the best all around microfiber, as in they are cheap enough to get dirty and have ruined, but also able to get the job done in removing wax and compounds.

              Re: ?? on MF towels

Last year I got 76 of the yellow ones for $40 from a guy selling off some of his supplies from autopia.

I use them for removing product, interiors, door jambs, quick detail sessions etc...I have not had any issues with them while using them on the paint. I do have some more plush ones from other places but the ones from ADS are my work horse towels.

              Like Andrew said

              I would recommend them

cool, thanks guys, that's what I needed to know.
I'm working up another supply order so will add the MF towels to it.

i've always ordered from AutoGeek but see the prices are better from ADS so I'm going to give them a try.
