Help with Cleaning very dirty rims

My Silverado has American Racing rims on it. I purchased a spray bottle of Eagle One all wheel cleaner witht the hope that It would remove the dirt and possibly brake dust that has accumulated on them. I have made 2 applications and the results were only marginal. My question is, is there a stronger cleaner that I can use?

Theres always a stronger cleaner you can use but you may damage your rims in the process.

Have you tried spraying the all wheel cleaner on, letting it sit for 30 seconds, then agitate with a soft brush?

Make sure the rims are cool and dry.

Which specific American Racing Wheel do you have?

Are these Chrome Wheels? Or are they Polished Aluminum?

It makes a HUGE difference as to what you can use safely.
