Is it right to use Final Inspection/Quick Detailer in between steps to remove left over residue (UC, Polish)? I had been using another brand that recommended using these kind of liquids in between coats to remove excess residue. Will they even remove the excess/missed residue or will it come off when I apply #26? Thanks.

Re: Final Inspection/Quick Detailer in between coats?
If you are working outside, and get a lot of dust on the car inbetween steps, you certainly would want to.
As far as product residue, it usualy isnt a problem, unless you are leaving big smears or blotches that you can see.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Yes you can.
I sometimes do this, I really like to work clean.
Depends on what are you doing, if you are just putting two coats of wax then you probably won't need it but if you are working on a rotary splatter can happen if you were not 100% focused so if you want to clean up before moving to the next step then I don't see anything wrong with it.

Re: Final Inspection/Quick Detailer in between coats?
Im working by hand, and my lighting situation isnt the best. When removing the Deep Crystal Polish, I would find a few little spots where the polish didnt come off. My thought was to use the spray to go over it to make sure it was all off.
