    It works good for blotting around grills, trim & side view mirrors where water tends to hide.

      When I use it, it is for blotting. There is no nap so if you rub against paint and there is any dirt it will likely scratch.

        The absorber is my go to dryer. I've use water magnets and other drying towels alike, but the absober is my first choice. Ensure its clean and dirt free for scratch free drying.

          I've used this for many years, always starts and stays wet while using; no problems with scratches or marring at all.

            I have one and I just use It for the door jams and tires. I use a MicroSheen Microfiber towel.
