i am looking to order a MF drying towel, it's for a family members honda odyssey, i use the hose at pour for finial rinse, then i usually do large areas real quick with the california water blade, and finish up with a mf towel. however the mf towel once a little wet leaves lines, so i have to run around with qd, and another mf. i need a nice big MF drying towel. i looked online and became confused, because everyone claims to have the best MF drying towel. please post if you bought one and liked or disliked it. thanks

These are good towels soft and good quality...
Their Ultra-Fine - Micro Fiber Towel are GREAT! pick up a couple of them, they are good for final wipe downs after wax has been removed or with a QD.
Then for wax/polish removal their Ultra - Micro Fiber Towel not as soft as the Ultra-Fine but still good quality and work great, I have 10 of these for wax/polish removal.Brandon

There are many different microfibers out there for many different purposes. Some are cost efficient and cheaply made others are horrifically expensive. If you are looking to dry off a car, you want a microfiber drying towel or chamois (have heard them called that on occasion). These are usually 4 feet by 3 feet and are used the same way as an old fashion chamois. You can pick up different models from nearly every company. I have had one for years and it still works great. I am able to dry the entire car with one towel.

i buy my MF at costco, 7.99 for 12 pack, they are made by, eurow & oreilly corp, and are 80% polyester & 20% polyamide, however there ok, i here the better ones come from korea, the ones from costco, are made in china. they lint out of package, they need a wash or two before use, and they are just good for polishing, and waxing., and at 16x16 they are not large enough to dry, and not very absorbant anyway.
gb387, wow pakshak has a nice line up, most of the brands i was looking to try, all at one place. (this is genius) i'll have to order from them. i don't see any pricing on there website? i only see pricing in the specials section? anyone?
i looking into the 25x36 WW MF towel, as well as some 16x24 or 16x16 ultra fine MF towels, do they have the ultra fine MF in white instead of yellow? my current towels are yellow and i don't want to mix them.Last edited by cheapthrills; Oct 8, 2004, 04:56 AM.

Are you a member of www.autopia.org? If so I think you get a discount from Pakshak, I know I did when I ordered from there 8 months ago. Lots of people on Autopia have pakshak towels.Brandon

i joined autopia a few months ago, how much of a discount? do i tell person by phone when i'm ordering, or is there a code or id for autopia members online?
i am really looking the highest quality MF drying towel. there wwmf drying is $18.95 thats not to cheap? are there better drying towels out there? i rather spend an extra 10 knowing it's a softer more absorbant towel. there ultra fine mf white towels are $10.00 that a lil steep, but they look so plush. it looks like someone took a fine blade and split the ends of the fibers, to make it more plush. i'll pick up 2 for19 bucks, and give them a try. any other sites that have nice drying towels?

Speaking of MF towels I must admit that those cheap towels that you can get from Target, and other stores are very bad quality! A real microfiber towel does not sticks to itselft! That's what happen with those cheap ones after washing. Give yourseft a favor and get Ultimate Wipe!!!!!!!!!! It's available in a pack of 20. I ordered it recently and I'm very happy! It's worth it.

i have an ultimate wipe, i forget were i bought it, but i don't see them anymore? if i did i would atleast have a few by now. where ever i bought it, they must have stoped carring them.
i am really looking for a quality MF drying towel. (as the topic title says)
for polish removal i use the cheap o's from costco, i just wash them a few times before using and they seem to work fine, i use my ultimate wipe to remove my favorite carnauba wax.after my first use the ultimate wipe left it's mark, a very noticable difference. being that i only do a few cars here and there, 70 wipes would be to much for me. i have a little over 2 dozen MF's now and it's plenty.
