  • Please explain this to me...

Please explain this to me, as I haven't been able to figure it out. Swirl X removes swirls, and Scratch X 2.0 removes scratches, so if we follow this naming pattern, shouldn't Color X remove color? Assuming X means we're doing away with something, shouldn't Color X have been named like Color + or something like that? Just a thought, only sounds logical to me.

Well, ScratchX 2.0 removes swirls too. ColorX removes light swirls and scratches. The naming pattern sounds fine to me.

Sure Colorx removes color. It would be asy to see if it was a single stage paint. In the case of newer paints that are clear coat based you are removing color too but it's clear color.

I am not sure where Colorx would fall but Swirlx removes less color/paint/clearcoat than Scratchx

ColoRx was going for "color prescription" ie Rx, with their name. I think it was a neat concept, but ultimately confuses a lot of people (including myself for a long time- the new bottle makes it a little more clear).

The band of colors on the front label and now moved to the back on the new label was to try to send the message to people that this is a product for any color of paint.
