vinyl cleaning

i have a 06 cobalt ss with silver vinyl going down the middle it looks like theres acid from rain on it but im really not sure whats on it iv tryed almost everything to get it off and nothing seems to work anyone have any ideas?

Is the acid rain etchings on the vinyl or the paint?

its on the vinyl its like white dots some are darker ill take pics tomarrow and post them i hate to take them off and have it redone cuz it goes the whole way from the hood to my wing

Those pics are to big, can't really make it out
You can make those pics smaller on Image Shack, then copy and paste the image link into your post.
Size should be smaller than 900 pix
