    Got these pics form somewhere last year.
    It's really helped me out
    Print them and put them on your wall in your garage





    And this is what a scratch looks like and what your doing when you "remove" the scratch or paint around the scratch

    The DA profile would be different. I have used several different techniques:

    1, spread at 2 with light pressure, cut using high speed/high pad pressure/slow arm speed, then finish with lighter pressure/faster arm speed.

    2. spread at speed 5 and light pressure, cut at higher pad pressure/slow arm speed, finish with lighter pressure (Mike P. uses this method).

            Nothing is cast in stone... We can apply 'the Zenith Plateau' but at its peak you can just reduce the pressure so as just to glide the buffer to achieve the desired result..

            Just my 2cents
