How to fix?

Hello all at MOL i need help.
My mom got into a mild accident with a buggy.
the buggy scratched up the side of the bumper ( pics below)
How can i take these out? I got a PC 7424.
What do you suggest i do to remove them, maybe a step by step process if possible. Im willing to buy necessary products.

That 2 main one looks too deep to remove, and it looks like some of the paint is actually gone. But you might be able to improve some of the other rub marks.

I would get some ScratchX 2.0 or Ultimate Compound and work in a couple applications by hand.
