i have alot of tar spots and metal deposits stuck in my paint that have rusted and turned orange.....clay bar agressive enough from the smooth surface kit or no?

Tar can be tricky, and I would suggest a product like the Gold Class Bug N' Tar Remover as your first shot, then clay next. Clay should do the trick on the fallout and other contamination. -
