sry, I am not familiar with the M105, could you tell me what is that? also, i dont think we hv a 3m green pad at canadian tire, is that the normal pad like a waxing pad?
Well M105 is a beautiful compound: http://meguiarsdirect.com/detail/MEG+ULTRA+32 If you do a search here, you'll find many discussions about it, and it's "THE GREATEST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD! IMO. (in my opinion)
A "Green Pad" is a little green scouring pad, like what you'd use for washing dishes. I don't use these on paint until it's "USED" allot softer than when it's new. When it's new it's very harsh. After a few months of use it's nice and "soft" but still can scour.

Personally, i wax by hand. A lot of people wax by hand and a lot of people wax by machine. The Machine is faster and its easier to spread a thin coat. But theres nothing wrong with waxing by hand
