Hi all, need urgent help with two customers' car that I'm working on, one in particular has been worked on for the past 3 days now.

Heavy oxidation on the hood
When this car came in the shop it had severe oxidation all over the top panels; roof, hood and trunk. After doing a couple of passes with cleaner polish and megs wool pad, I proceeded 2 passes with meg's cutting pad and then 2 passes with the polishing pad. It looked really nice and I left it outside in the hot sun (lots of it here in Brunei) for the customer to collect. Then I stepped out for about 1/2 an hour.

When I got back, I found the oxidation came back on the same panels but not as bad as before.
I brought it back in, and did at least 5 passes with the wool pad and a more abrasive compound from Autoglym (03B) as I didn't have any from Megs. FYI, I put it in the sun after each pass, then it stopped around the 5th pass. Once confirming, the number of passes, I brought the car in the shop and proceeeded to finish the 3 panels off, polished to remove holograms from the wool pad. Then this morning I thought I'd put it in the sun again to see if all were gone.
They came back but not as bad as before.

Sorry it's not too clear, but it's around the windshield washer sprayer.
I tried searching this forum for a similar problem but couldn't find one. Has anyone encountered this problem, what was it and how was it removed permanently? Is there a faster and simpler solution to this problem?
Urgent help is needed here as this car needs to be returned to the customer.
PS. I topped the work off with 2 coats of synthetic sealant (purple stuff)
