  • Another APC/HD question

I currently have APC+. One bottle dilluted 10:1 and the other 4:1. It states for the directions to let sit for about 45 seconds or so then wash away with water. But what about when using it for the interior? So if I spray some 10:1 on a cloth seat I assume just wipe off with a towel to get it all off so it dosn't dry?

Also is 4:1 a good ratio for getting the tires clean and ready for dressing?

I have Hyperdressing dilluted to 3:1 and says to spray and let dry. After doing a search many members here say they just spray and walk away. Not sure if I am doing this wrong but when I spray the chemical it just stands or runs down on the surface in one spot. After a few minutes I have to wipe it over with a towel and spread it over the desired area. Such as a inner wheel-well or underhood. Am I working this right? Dosn't really sound like it's spray and walk away and your done.

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get this right. As always, all information is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

As for the interior, I tend to spray the seat or cloth, and blot with a cloth or use a brush as needed. Then try to blot and remove the product with a damp clean cloth.

I really only use 7-8:1 for everything... Certainly seems to get my tires clean and wheelwells, might want to try both on a car, and see which is better.

Havent used HD, but might be that your sprayer is very focused, but then you really dont want to mist all over the wheel. I usualy spray my tires dressing (ASD or Insaen Shine Trigger Spray)on a few spots, spray on an Eagle One Tire applicator, and wipe around a couple times.

Same idea for wheelwells with ASD, and a foam paint brush.
