I recently picked up Meguiar's UQW, and I love it. Amazing product--I'd buy it by the gallon if I could. I have a question about its use though: what do you think about putting it on vehicle wheels, specifically chrome ones?
I have a set of chrome wheels (coated) on my truck. My usual care method has been to polish them every few months and then coat them with a sealant. I have never topped them with wax for two reasons: first, because as we all know waxes aren't well-suited to the extreme temperatures which wheels are subjected to, and second, because the sealant I use is optically clear and therefore allows the chrome to really "pop." With UQW, though, I'm thinking it may be worth a try. I have it on my other brightwork (SS nerf bars and exhaust tips) and think it looks great. What do we say?
