If there are prep marks, or sanding marks under the clear layer of paint there's nothing you can do to remove and and simply explain this to your customer so they know it's out of the real of any detailer to fix and the only honest repair is to do the repair over again.

Doing a great job as you always do of polishing the surface to a high gloss will make it look better but close inspection will always reveal the underlying scratches.

The above might be enough to make some people happy as compared to having the job done over again.

Thanks Mike. The customer already knows that it is impossible to removed them, and he told me to do my best...I know that this is impossible to be removed but i want to make it looks as best as possible...Is there a possibility to damage it more than it already is??I mean what if the top layer is very thin???

Just be careful and follow Meguiar's philosophy of using the least aggressive product to get the job done. If you're using a rotary buffer just make a few light passes over this area with a light cleaner/polish and then move on.

That's for sure Mike...I will use the DA polisher just to be as safe as possible
