Dilution rates for Last Touch and APC

Hey

Would like to know the dilution rates for last touch and apc(are these correct)..

I would use the last touch for claying lube and quik detailing.. 1:1???

AND

I would use APC for engine degreasing, cleaning rims and tires and getting bugs off the front of the car.. 4:1?? Is this 4 parts water to 1 part APC or vice versa??

For Last Touch, mix it 1:1

For APC, you can mix it 4:1 or 10:1, depending on how aggressive you want it. If there's too much grease or oil APC may not cut it. You may need to step up to Super Degreaser.

Last Touch is diluted 1:1 for clay lube, use it undiluted for a Quick Detailer.

It would be 4 parts water to 1 part APC. That said I have used APC at 10:1 and seems to me it has cleaned just about everything I have asked it too.
