Garage Storage Shelves?

Hello All,

I'm tired of buying several small bottles of products so I'd like to install some shelves in my garage to store the 5gallon containers.




What type of shelves are you using and what do you suggest? I live at an apartment so my garage is small and I need to find the best way to utilize the space most efficiently. Here is my garage:

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for not being descriptive enough but I'm looking for some type of mounting shelf so that I can keep the jugs up high. This will allow me to use the space on the ground. Something similar to this.

Sorry I can not help you there.
You could build some with triangle brackets and wood.
Or look at places like Target Wal Mart and Sears and Home Depot and Menards or Lowes.
I feel like they would have something similar to that.

Hi:

A single 5 gal. container is going to weigh 40 lbs. so good support will be very important.

Also, not sure what product you are using put 5 gals. is a lot.

Why not the 1 gallon containers / spray bottles from the Detailer Line? Still very economical and would allow you to use simple inexpensive shelving from Lowes or Home Depot.

Everything you need to make the shelves in the picture is at Home Depot and/or Lowes

I am a pro detailer and it takes me months to go through a 5 gallon container. I have a 5 gallon window cleaner that is 8 years old and still half full!

You will be fine with the 1 gallon containers. I recently just finished my 1L of P21S wheel gel. I bought that over a year ago too and I got a 5L refill container -.-"

If so I love the steel Gorilla Rack brand shelves (packaging racks)... you can customize them to exactly what you want by purchasing all the individual parts one by one. Its what I did and couldn't be happier. They are a commercial type shelving that can hold 1000's of pounds, might be a little over kill but you can make any shape or size of shelving you want.
