Safety?

When I was cleaning my cars interior today I was thinking to myself how safe these chemicals were on my health. Mostly when it comes to body solvents and other stuff. What do you guys do when it comes to your health when using polishes and chemicals? At the detail shop I work at they offer chemical resistant gloves but no one wears them. Its pretty well ventilated but when cleaning the inside i sometimes feel light headed afterwards. Anyone use any kind of protection? Gloves, respirators etc?


This may not be a big issue for the weekend people users but what about the people who do this for a living?

I never wear or use anything, but if you really want to know, you can look at the MSDS for each product. Usually, it is always recommended to wear eye and face protection and gloves. No skin contact, etc.
